Farm Hill is Selling Fast!

January and February have been a busy time for Farm Hill’s real estate agents.  With 5 Lots now under contract, Farm Hill land is in demand!  There’s a steady stream of visitors to the area; some already planning what they will build, others are just admiring the views.  We’re very excited to hear about the beautiful houses that our buyers have planned.

Graeme Stevens

In Loving Memory of Graeme Stevens, passed away January 26, 2011; aged 68, just a week before the Farm Hill development commenced.  Born on the farm, Dad was the oldest person I know who never left home.   Such a tragedy that he didn’t live to see the results of a lifetime’s hard work, and 15 years spent trying to achieve the dream.  Rest in Peace, Dad.
